– You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
– Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, excluding the initial shipping charges.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item to expedite the process.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you have received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will rectify the issue by arranging a return, exchange, or sending the missing item as soon as possible.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.
– Wait for our confirmation and instructions regarding the return process.
– Securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging and accessories.
– Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure the package is adequately insured to cover any loss or damage during transit.
5. Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
7. Australian Consumer Law:
